Account Manager – Water Treatment Solutions

Salary: $60k-$100k/year base + commission ($150k/year OTE)

What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key partner to our clients, ensuring they receive high-quality, customized water treatment solutions. This role blends relationship-building, technical problem-solving, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow new business within assigned accounts and territories
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify client needs and deliver tailored chemical and mechanical water treatment solutions
Manage inventory levels and track service equipment as needed
Provide ongoing communication and project updates to clients
Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Execute strategic account plans to meet revenue and growth goals
What You Bring:
Experience in new business development and account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the water treatment industry is preferred though not a must
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience
