Associate Attorney – Federal Litigation (Healthcare Focus)

Our client, Bleeke Dillon Crandall, is a respected boutique litigation firm with a strong federal court practice focused on healthcare-related matters. As their recruitment partner, we are assisting them in finding a talented Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their litigation career.
About the Role:The Associate Attorney will join a collaborative team of experienced trial lawyers handling complex healthcare litigation in federal court. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on courtroom experience and work closely with partners who are leaders in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of federal litigation, including research, drafting motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
Represent healthcare clients in defense litigation matters.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies.
Maintain a strong understanding of applicable laws and court procedures.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Indiana (or eligibility for admission).
2–4 years of litigation experience; prior federal court experience strongly preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
