As a Martech Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of Personalisation strategies focused on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). You’ll shape technical roadmaps, implement CDP solutions, and work closely with clients and internal teams to drive data-driven marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Personalisation strategies using CDPs
- Manage technical workstreams and product backlogs independently
- Provide expertise on CDP capabilities and upskill teams
- Integrate customer data sources and activation channels
- Advise on best practices within enterprise architecture
- Plan and facilitate workshops and client meetings
- Support client proposals and pitches
Required Experience
- Strong background in Personalisation and CDP projects (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.)
- Proven experience leading technical implementations in Martech
- Solid understanding of customer data sources and marketing activation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
