We’re seeking a Block Property Manager with deep expertise in multifamily buildings, HOA governance, and community engagement. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of mid-rise residential blocks and homeowner communities across Dallas, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a high-quality living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of assigned residential blocks, including building systems, repairs, and safety compliance
- Act as the primary liaison with HOA boards and residents, resolving issues diplomatically
- Manage service contracts, capex planning, and contractor performance
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, reserve funds, and service charge reconciliations
- Conduct routine inspections, ensuring adherence to HOA guidelines and Texas property code
- Coordinate insurance claims, legal compliance, and risk mitigation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing multifamily, condo associations, or HOA communities
- Strong knowledge of HOA laws and bylaws in Texas
- Familiarity with block management software (e.g., Buildium, Condo Control, Yardi)
- CMCA or AMS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication, vendor management, and dispute resolution skills
