Front Desk Supervisor – Oncology & Imaging
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000/year

Our client, Beverly Hills Cancer Center, a leading private comprehensive cancer treatment facility, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, monitoring productivity, training, approving timecards and time-off requests, and conducting performance reviews.
Plan, organize, and schedule oncology and imaging patient appointments.
Enhance the patient experience by delivering efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests, clients, and staff.
Ensure best-in-class technical and clerical patient coordination processes.
Advocate for patients, addressing access issues and improving processes where possible.
Collaborate with leadership to implement operational KPIs and support Center growth initiatives, marketing strategies, clinical care improvements, and cost reduction opportunities.
Uphold and implement company policies and procedures while promoting a strong, positive corporate culture.
Performance Requirements:

Identify issues, research solutions, and make actionable recommendations.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Manage conflicts professionally and promote teamwork.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
5–7 years of patient coordination experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Healthcare experience required; experience in imaging and/or oncology highly preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong management and conflict resolution skills.
