Maintenance Technician

Our client, Davis Development, a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As their recruitment partner, we are helping them find a candidate who will maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Your Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of the community through routine maintenance, repairs, and support of all building systems and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventative maintenance and repairs on units and equipment.
Safely move and transfer heavy appliances and equipment as needed.
Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs for apartments after move-outs.
Follow all laws and regulations (EPA, OSHA) regarding storage and management of hazardous materials.
Create and manage work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Schedule vendors and contractors; maintain curb appeal and ensure amenities and grounds are ready for review.
Conduct move-out inspections, assess damages, and report findings to the Maintenance Supervisor.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Required certifications: EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and general office equipment.
Must be available for emergency calls as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may need to operate a golf cart.
