We’re hiring a Logistics Manager to lead import/export operations across Latin America and the U.S. Based in Miami — a strategic trade gateway — you'll manage a multimodal logistics portfolio with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and vendor performance. You’ll own trade flows, customs processes, and 3PL relationships across key sectors like consumer goods, manufacturing, and electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations for LATAM & U.S. markets
- Optimize freight cost, transit times, and service levels across air, sea, and overland
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
- Oversee trade compliance (C-TPAT, FMC, Incoterms) and import/export documentation
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in international logistics, ideally with LATAM exposure
- Deep knowledge of U.S. customs, duties, and free trade agreements
- Proven leadership of 3PL and carrier performance
- SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems knowledge preferred
- Spanish or Portuguese a plus
