As their recruitment partner, we are helping them find a motivated sales professional to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
Your Role:
As a Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will educate clients on available insurance products, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and stay current on industry trends through ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct presentations and educate clients on insurance products.
Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry updates and new products.
What You Bring:
Experience in insurance and sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Relevant professional certifications or licenses a plus.
